Insurance
I am in network with Premera and Illinois BCBS PPO.
If your insurance company is not Premera or BCBS Illinois, we will bill on your behalf as out of network. However, you are responsible for payment at the time of service.
Individual Psychotherapy: A rate of $165.00 is billed to your insurance plan. Our billing specialist will confirm your rate with you prior to the start of service. However we always recommend that you verify rates with your individual plan.
Intake Session: A rate of $195.00 is billed to your insurance plan. Our billing specialist will confirm your rate with you prior to the start of service. However we always recommend that you verify rates with your individual plan.
Self Pay Rates
Most insurance plans have out-of-network benefits. Outpatient psychotherapy is often times an included service. This means that client’s pay up front at the time of the session and upon request something called a “super bill” can be provided by myself at the end of the month. You would submit the Superbill yourself to your insurance company for reimbursement. The insurance reimbursement (if any) goes directly to you. A number of self pay slots are available.
Individual Psychotherapy Rate for a 55 minute Intake Session:
$200.00 per session
Individual Psychotherapy Rate for 55 minutes:
$170.00 per session
Individual Psychotherapy rate for 75 minutes:
$230.00 per session
Couple’s Therapy/Family Therapy Self Pay Rate
Intake Session: $230.00 for 55 minutes
Ongoing 55 minute Sessions: $200.00 a session
Ongoing 90 minute Sessions: $280.00 a session
**Some insurance plans do have benefits for family therapy. In that case, your insurance can be billed for couple’s therapy. However, many plan’s do not have an option to bill for couple’s therapy as the insurance does not have an appropriate diagnostic code.
In Home Intensives
In home intensives are available to those residing in the Kitsap County region. In home services are a great option for perinatal client’s and couples who are seeking a bit more privacy.
This is an out of network service.
Rates:
Individual 50 minute session: $210.00
Individual 90 minute session: $245.00
Couple’s/Family sessions:
50 minute session: $250.00
90 minute session: $290.00
Consulting Services for Clinical Settings
Concierge consulting services are available for medical staff in the form of wellness support and concurrent trainings. Consulting rates range from $175.00-$300.00 an hour. Please e-mail me at deema@partumwellness.com for further information.
